christmas morning

I am so torn when it comes to Christmas shopping.  I want to stay in the budget, I don't want to have greedy kids or spoil them, I want them to learn to give and I want them to have fabulous Christmas morning memories.  I struggle to put all of that together in a "perfect package"  When I scroll through these photos, I realize -- they do have the perfect package -- they have a good Mom and Dad who love them and they have each other!  Merry Christmas to our beautiful, smart, funny, talented, caring, thoughtful, understanding and loving children!!

I finally "finished" Philip's quilt from Trapper Trails Council years.  It is a quilt of most of his t-shirts he had when he worked in Ogden.  I need to send it out to be quilted, bind it and it's finished!  Merry Christmas Philip -- even though it seems right now like the rest of the world is coming before you -- I love you very much and am so grateful to call myself your wife!!

Merry Christmas! What a great idea with the quilt.

Looks like all of you had a good Christmas.
I'm glad you found a good use for all of those camp T-shirts. Good memories.

Love you all forever,

Grandpa Bart
