Yankees, Ponytail Posse and Hurricanes

Lately all of our Saturdays have been filled with sports. The kids are staying healthy and active and soaking up the Vitamin D all at the same time. Last weekend we had to scratch that Vitamin D thing because yes, even in the desert -- it gets cold, cloudy and windy.

check her out -- mixing it up!

 Libbie and Alyssa keeping warm.
Take that ball down the field Libs!
Gavin has been playing Goalie on his new soccer team
then in little league he's up to bat and ready --
See that ball above his head -- yeah, sometimes when it's the first year of kid pitch little league, they don't always throw strikes.:)
Sorry it's sideways -- it's late and I'm very tired -- but Philip took this photo to prove that Spring really is here -- even if it was super windy last Saturday.  Here's to hoping for no wind next weekend!

I guess your bad weather makes me feel a little better. I love Oregon but I hate the weather this year!!
So glad you guys are enjoying your new home. Also I'm so happy about Garrett's progress. You and Philip are such patient, supportive parents. I'm super nervous too about having a child go into middle school(Cade's only in 4th grade though so I've got another year)so I can only imagine how nervous you guys must be .
Take care!

them healthy being active. They are
really growing tall. Sure love them.

That pitch looks a little like the ones I pitch to Elle with the wiffle ball:). Libbie and Gavin both look so cute...so glad they are involved in sports...definitely good for them!
