I kinda wish Avery was playing just to see if he would like that or soccer better. He tells me that he wants to do soccer and basketball, so I guess I won't push him.
Glad to see the boys finding something in common to play. They will be forever buddies.
Baseball was good for our family when they were all growing up. It gave them something to do and be a part of. They had good men for coaches, and it has given us something in common to talk about even in later years. Of course it didn't hurt that Grandma Iris and Grandpa Bart were baseball fans long before the kids came along. Enjoy the sport and enjoy being together.
