30 days of hell

I am putting this out there for EVERYONE -- so you can keep me on task. I am starting a 30 day "lose your last 10 pounds and get ripped(yeah right!:)) program. It's a book called "Making the cut" by Jillian Michaels. You know, "mean trainer girl" from Biggest Loser. WELL -- I'm off and running starting Sunday March 30th. I'm SURE I'll look just like her when I'm done! HEE, HEE!!! No processed foods, no pop, no alcohol(this is a toughee!:)) and LOTS of exercise --- here I goooooooooo!

Goals are great. especially those that make us healthy. Go ahead and goooooooooo, but if you come around and want me to see your six pack I'll be ticked. ha. You're agreat example. You might even get me out of the recliner.

Okay Megan, you keep me on track and I will do the same for you. I am finally at the point though where I look forward to exercising, weird I know.

oh no -- looking forward to exercising is the BEST! Unfortuanately I've fallen out of that in 2008:) thus, the killer 30days ahead of me.:) I'll be back to normal in May!

I would like to say I went this week without any soda pop. This is a big accomplishment for me...as you all know I am a diet coke addict. Now I can say, I am a recovering addict. ~Rene

You go girl. I need to do the same thing. I wish they had a program for saggy skin. After three kids- my skin will never be the same.
