The rest of October...

While Dad was gone we headed to The Shark Reef.  Our kids had tickets the earned from reading "x" amount of hours over the summer from the Library.  We were lucky to have Kaymin and Mason Koch go with us.  We hit the jackpot because we ended up going on the weekend it was decorated for Halloween.  I have to say, scary music and sharks even when in an aquarium, are a little ....scary.

We were also able to go help at the "Saints and Sinners" Marathon out near the Hoover Dam.  A woman from New Mexico started this race last year because she wanted to do something to help with the Missionary Fund.  All proceeds went to help Missionaries.  We considered ourselves lucky to help.  The kids loved it!

Our little Cowgirl for the ward Trunk or Treat.

On Halloween night Libbie went trick or treating and the boys headed to a party.  Glad they had a party to go to so they would want to dress up.

Our friends Caitlyn and Adriane Zaniewski.

The boys of Troop 950 getting ready to collect Food for the hungry.

Gavin and Garrett played NJB Basketball this season.  Both teams did awesome.  Garrett's team got 3rd place in his age group and Gavin's got 1st place.  I didn't get a picture of either team...luckily another Mom sent this one to me.  Nice work boys!

Daddy was on a Scout Campout with the boys (his calling, and they needed as second leader) so I went with Libbie to the Daddy Daughter Dance that her activity days leaders put on.  Above is Debbie Goates, our dear friend and her activity day leader.

I just love listening to these two play.  Clara Koch and Libbie are two of the most creative girls I've ever known.  Here they were creating some pretty amazing songs.  The lyrics were top notch.
