September catch up

Yes, still making straps.  The orders have been extremely slow this summer/fall.  Hoping they pick up soon.  This was an order for a shop I still sell to in Jackson Hole, WY.

Part of Las Vegas living fun....watching the scuba divers clean the aquarium in The Silverton/Bass Pro.

Libbie made this laptop for Philip over the summer.  She is so creative.

Sorry to all you Mac lovers...it's a HP.:)

For my sarcastic side...this is one of my favorite summer memories.  This small chair is a family joke between us and our good friends The Stones. The chair ended up at The Stones house after a neighborhood party one summer.  Then Candace and I continued to throw it back and forth over the fence...just to lovingly bug each other because we don't like clutter.  Finally when we moved, we threw it in their snowy garden area, knowing it wouldn't be found until Spring.  Then last Christmas after our quick visit to Utah, Candace came running out lovingly giving us a Christmas gift wrapped in a HUGE box that we awkwardly put in our over stuffed car to take back to Nevada.  We were grateful for the gift but didn't really have room. We cracked up when we opened it!  It was the chair!!  They came to see us in the Spring and we tried to do the same to them -- but they trumped us, drove around the block and put it back in our garage without us knowing.  Okay --- now we really had to get them.  So -- Uncle Jason to the rescue.  We sent it home with them one month and he had the idea to put it in Dave's "Spot" in the high council room.  To make it even better, Philip used to be on the High Council there so they all know his comedian side.  Another friend snuck in early, and replaced Dave's chair-- we have video of his face when he walked directly to his "Chair" and laughed.  We love the Stones...our eyes are peeled for the tot spot chair here in Henderson.

Garrett receiving more Merit Badges and his Scoutmaster John Bragonje.

Emma and Libbie on twin day at Wallin.

Our neighbor Mady and Libbie after Mady's 8th birthday.

Our cute neice Elle! She is more invovled in Ignacio sports/cheer/community events than we are we 3 kids.  Go Elle!

Libbie and Alyssa.  We love the Dentons!
Our Elementary School had it's annual Fall Festival again this year.  Summer and her family were kind enough to take Libbie around with them.  Garrett was on a Scout  Campout.  Philip was working and Gavin was hanging with the Kochs.  I chaired the festival again.  I had a great committee to work with and it was a great success.

My creative friend Kris headed up face painting again and did a great job.  This is Libbie "day after" face paint.:)

Philip posted a photo of the three boys in St. George, but I love this one too.  These are most of our YW/YM here in Inspirada Ward.

While we were in Pheonix, Las Vegas Area Council took us to a Diamond back game..in a suite.

Libbie's buddies at Banana Split Bingo Night.  Yummy! She even won this year!
