Reading rocks

I got voted by Libbie's teacher to make her door decoration for Nevada's reading week with the theme "reading rocks".

PS  the kids needed to do a large portion of it(without taking too much time out of class) so I had them make all of the books. They did great!  Of course I took the close up of Libbie's -- it's the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs book (one of my personal favs -- she really is a mini-me!)

Thanks for being an active Mom with
your childrens projects. They will
remember all the things you did to
help them in their schools. You will look back and think how glad
you helped them and didn't say "I
don't have time, maybe next time
I'll help." The door looks really
cute I'm sure they are proud of
their Mom.

Love to all, Grandma Iris

Megan, the door is incredibly cute. I may just have to copy your idea for the class I work with.
