Swimming lessons are done for the first session of the summer. I love watching them swim. Probably partly because it is the only team sport I really enjoyed and partly because it's a great life saving skill -- and LOTS because their just cute!This is Libbie's first year and she's surprised us with a love for lessons. They have all done REALLY well this session...two more sessions to go.
Libbie practiced putting her face in, blowing bubbles and floating on her back.
Gavin practiced jumping in deep water and swimming 1/2 way across the pool.
Garrett practiced free style and back stroke -- along with knee dives, standing dives and lots of treading water. He's our little fish.

Oh they are cute! where do they take lessons? I have yet to get my kids in anywhere...everywhere is full until august. I was NOT on the ball at registration time!

You certainly have some beautiful little fish. I'm glad they are learning how to swim and enjoying it. It's a great sport for physical exercise and it could even be a life saver for someone at some time in the future. Everyone needs to know how to swim, and the bonus is watching them enjoy the experience.

I'm glad you still enjoy swimming lessons! I myself get frustrated by the thought of trying to find three different classes taught at the same time, while trying to work in into our other activities (piano, karate, etc.) I'm trying to talk myself into signing them up before the summer's over :)
