Elements

For my birthday I told Philip I'd like to TRY to learn to take better pictures AND to do this very out of my personal talent zone project -- I'd need photoshop elements. (the less expensive and supposedly basic version of Photoshop for the pro's)

Surprise, surprise -- it ended up on my desk the other day. And NOW I'm gonna have to spend more money to take a class, because it's driving me crazy that I can't use it properly...I know it's only been three days but geesh!

I am trying to figure this program out -- these are my first pictures that I feel are (kinda sorta)worthy to post. The subjects are great -- it's my editing i'm talking about. I will leave BOTH of the cuties name anonymous -- but have it be known they ARE cuties.:)
(HOPE you don't mind -- ironically they were two of the best ones)

SOOC (Straight out of camera)

a little better?

She had just finished a half marathon -- and man, does she look good!

Maybe, just maybe, you could ask someone who was a graphic designer to help you a bit with the basics of photoshop before you put down the money for a class. Hmmm. I wonder who that could be.

Since I am not photogenic you must be a very good photographer! I was so fun seeing you guys this last weekend. We will have to plan something on Fri. night or Sat. morning or something. We may try to go to the Manti Pageant on Sat. night. Let me know what you will be up to.
