It's today, it's today! Gavin is graduating from good old Kindergarten. Mixed emotions come with this graduation for me. I am so happy for him that he gets to be "BIG" and go 1st grade & that he had a GREAT year, yet so sad that he is growing up and most of all, he doesn't get to have Mrs. C anymore.:(

His performance was TOP NOTCH! The other kiddo's did pretty darn good too.
I have to say he has some rhythm -- snapping and swaying -- he can do it all.
Kindergarten brings great friends! I don't think Gavin will ever be in need of a social life.:)

Holy Smokes that boy is so dang cute! I think its great he had some many people there to support him on his special day. Mrs. C is an awesome teacher. Looks like it was a great day for you all.

Way to go Gavin. You are such a good boy. We are proud that you did well in Kindergarten. Now it's on to the big stuff, First Grade and on and on. We love you and are very glad you are our Grandson.

Yeah Gavin! First grade is a big step. They spend almost as many waking hours at school as they do home. I have found huge changes in my children when they hit 1st and 2nd grades. They pick up all of the elementary culture (slang, games, sayings etc).
The funny part about Gavin is....he's already done that.:) He was so late in getting to Kindergarten that he acts way older. He's been the leader of the social scene all year -- he scares me!!:)
He told me this AM that he is going to teach his kids to be nice to each other when they are little. Then he said "Mom, why didn't you teach us to be nice to each other?"
You can imagine my response.:)LOL
Our Caleb also had his K graduation yesterday. It's so hard to think of him as a first grader! Now on to the big stuff!

Gavin is adorable. Looks like a lot of fun. What a big step. It only goes faster. I can't believe that my little Addison is not so little anymore. He is already approaching his teens. It's sad. You're doing good living each day and "Cherishing" them. They are good kids and they are lucky to have both of you as parents.

Cute pictures! I just cannot believe it's summer. I loved hearing your summer tips you left on my blog too...I'm doing everything I can to keep it simple adn any extra ideas are so great. I'm going to do plan some really fun stuff, just me and the kids.
Congratulations Gavin! It seems like just yesterday you were a tiny baby and now you are all grown up and heading to 1st grade! You sure have beautiful children Megan! and phil, i guess he helped ;-) Love you guys!
Good job Gavin! I can't believe you are going to be in first grade. I remember when you were just a baby and you and Garrett stayed with me and Uncle Ryan for awhile. You were the happiest baby and you still have that happy smile. We love you!
