Catching Up

It has been a while since we have posted anything.  Life just gets busy and we have been on the chase for a while now.  Here are some of the things that we have been up to over the last month or so.

Megan and I took a quick long weekend trip to San Fransisco.  It is such a wonderful place to visit.  So much to do and see.  We saw a San Fransisco Giants game (Buster Posey hit a walk off home run for the win) against the LA Dodgers.  Tons of fun.
We went to Muir Woods to see some of the tallest trees on the planet.
We rode a bike across the Golden Gate Bridge together.  This was on Megan's bucket list.  I have to admit I liked it too.

We took a tour of Alcatraz.  Very neat and worth the trip.

 Rode on a cablecar

Went down Lombard Street.

Visited Coit Tower

These girls had to take a picture with a tourist for a school scavenger hunt.
Guess I was easy to pick out.

Great pictures, I loved hearing about it when I was down last month. It was good to see you all.

Stay cool down there,

We were glad to see you too. It's hot but we can always cool off in the pool. We would rather sit in the backyard and eat outside like you guys do.

It looks like the Silver State bunch is still enjoying life. "Men are that they might have joy." Fortunately men and women are supposed to be one. That way everyone gets to enjoy the journey.

Love you all forever,

Grandpa Bart

I love that you got away and had such a fantastic break together! I also love that Phillip is doing your blog--way to delegate. I need to do that. Haha!
