 This was the flyer that Gavin and Libbie typed up and delivered to the neighbors, all on their own.  I honestly didn't know if anything would come from it but in my heart I knew it would be a good learning opportunity, either way.

Well, within a day they had 3 clients and 4 dogs to walk.  It's been great because it has helped us all to get to know our neighbors better and especially because it is teaching the kids a good work ethic.  

They have a calendar with the days and times that they walk the dogs.  I just love it when Libbie wakes up and in her half asleep voice says "which dogs do we walk this morning?"  I was thinking that this business would slow when school started, but the other day they came home with an address of "another prospective client!" :)

 PS - don't you worry this dog walking thing isn't taking up all their free time -- they are outside trying to catch lizards right now -- ahh, the desert life.:)
