Every year I travel over the Monte Cristo pass at least 10 times and I always tell myself that I need to go back in the fall and take pictures. Today after Conference I took Gavin and headed for the hills. Gavin took some of these pictures and did a very good job. We love living in this beautiful area of the world. Thanks Gavin for spending the afternoon with your old man. It reminded me of spending time with my father in the woods. Best times ever.

I'm glad you got away with your boy. They were good days and I'm sure they are for you as well. Nature does tend to put on it's best wardrobe about this time of the year.
