Great American ABC Fun!

We had a great time at our Blue & Gold Banquet this year. The Theme was American ABC's so we had good old American Food, hot dogs and apple pie. Special invitees were our Tiger Cub Pack & boys turning 8 this year. So we had about 25 or more boys. It was a great to have that many boys there and they were ALL in uniform. Below they are lining up for uniform inspection.

Check out these awesome pencil holders that Garrett's Den made. Philip is so excited that Garrett is letting him take it to work to put on his desk. Our Den's work hard to "Do Their Best!" Both Garrett and Gavin got awards. This time I put the awards in the balloons and let the boys pop the balloons to find out what they received. We are lucky to have a great Primary Rep and Den Leaders who gave Michelle(cc) and I each a cute basket of fun stuff and this awesome candy gram poster. We were surprised and very humbled at the thanks.
What a great night it was. And really, have you ever seen a kookier looking Cub Master?

It looks like Cubs are thriving in your ward. It takes good leaders and commitment to make it happen. It's really special for the boys and can be a lot of fun for the grownups as well.

Wow, is that you behind those enormous glass? Looks like you have a great cub scouts program. OUr ward is really struggling. I guess its good I don't have boys. We have a small pack, uncommitted den leaders and a primary pres. that says she doesn't have a testimony of scouts. Sad huh!! I say we need some of those good old Eborn scouts in our ward. I cant believe how much snow is in your yard. That is amazing. Glad you didn't have to shovel it all. Thank goodness for some gas powered muscles.

We don't know anything about Scouts, Cubs in our household! :)

I just turned 38 in January and I graduated from high school in '89. So I am just a couple of years older than you, right?

I just got an AA degree from Ricks back when it was a 2 year college.
