Garrett's 3rd Grade class went on a field trip to The Clark Planetarium yesterday. Personally, it was one of my favorite field trips. I really enjoyed the 3-D movie about Traveling to the Moon. I think these cute boys did too, it was tough to get them to slow down for a picture -- unless I fed them.:)
Walking on Mars can make you feel REALLY heavy
Maybe Garrett will follow in his Dad's footsteps and live for the weather report. I am married to "weather man Bob." He even has a barometric knee!
Getting ready to watch the 3D IMAX movie. I have to brag on this one. Garrett has always been nervous about watching a 3-D movie on a screen 3 bizillion times the size of our home(I don't blame him, really) Anyway, he showed no signs of worry as we traveled to SLC. He went in like a trooper. The lights went out, the BIG OLE MOVIE came on, we both got a little nervous, held hands --- the preview was a little rough, but WE MADE IT. It may seem little to some, but it's a milestone for our family. I am proud of you Garrett!!!!
Everyone needed a treat after the movie, including the chaperon.
