14 down 14 to go


Today's weigh in was exactly what I had hoped(even with Aunt Rene's YUMMY cheesy potatoes and ham last night) -- 1.8 pounds! Yippee!! 2 pounds a week is a healthy amount to lose.

That's alot of scales to be ruining. Kepp on keeping on. Next time I see you if your standing sideways I probably wont even be able to see you.
